In this engaging and interactive session, participants will explore why people naturally rely on default patterns and examine three common defaults that can influence leadership effectiveness. Through
practical activities, workplace scenarios, and conversations with others, participants will practice asking better questions, strengthening connection, focusing beyond immediate results, and making more intentional choices about how they lead.
This session is not about eliminating every default or becoming a different leader. It is about recognizing when familiar patterns are serving us, when they may be getting in our way, and how small, intentional shifts can create a meaningful difference in the way we lead and work with others.
