3) On the Order Confirmation Screen, add the names of your attendees as you'd like them to appear on their Conference Badge.

Sunday Evening, Nov. 8 - Wednesday, Nov. 11

TFEA’s 2026 Annual Conference and Trade Show will kick off with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, November 8th, and sessions begin early Monday morning, November 9, through Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin. It will provide unmatched educational, peer-to-peer networking, and business opportunities to over 300 event planners, producers, suppliers, and sponsors who will be in attendance.
