Penny C. McBride, CFEE is the Interim Executive Director of the Texas Festivals & Events Association. She has more than 30 years of experience in event management, business development and destination marketing. She has served on both sides of the board table (paid executive and volunteer board member), with experiences ranging from small community boards to chairing a health system board during the pandemic and through a complex acquisition.
