OPTION #1: Link To Best in Texas Entry
Provide a direct link to YouTube (or similar) / Social Media page or Website.
Or, provide a direct link to a PDF, JPG or PNG entry that has been uploaded to YOUR online storage site (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer or similar).
If selecting this option, make sure your share settings allow "Anyone with the link" to access the file.
Link must remain active until December 31, 2025.
Make sure the file name for your Best in Texas entry is clearly named with the following information:
2025TFEA | Best in Texas Category Number (C#) | Best in Texas Budget Number (B#) | Organization Name | Event Name
For Example: 2025TFEA-C60-B1-ABCOrganization-DEFFestival (.pdf | .jpg | .png etc.)

If you plan to save ALL your entries to ONE USB Thumb Drive, please review the following instructions:
