Pre-Conference TEMI + Conference Registration

Saturday, Nov. 8 - Wednesday, Nov. 12

In addition to the amazing learning opportunities provided at our Annual Conference, we will also be offering EIGHT (8) Texas Event Management Institute Courses from the TEMI Fast Track Program on Saturday (Nov. 8) and Sunday (Nov. 9). Additional registration fees are required for the Pre-Conference courses, and TEMI Enrollment.

If you haven't yet heard about Texas Event Management Institute (TEMI), it is designed around the concept of bringing new and mid-career industry professionals together with some of the most highly respected and experienced professionals in our industry, for a comprehensive educational and networking opportunity that will cover the critical basics of successful event management.

Upon successful completion of the Texas Event Management Institute program, enrollees will earn the designation as a “Certified Festival & Event Associate” (CFEA); the first phase toward future attainment of your ‘Certified Festival & Event Executive (CFEE)’ designation through the IFEA, which recognizes an industry-focused combination of top-level experience and continued professional education.

TFEA’s 2025 Annual Conference and Trade Show will kick off with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, November 9th, and sessions begin early Monday morning, November 10, through Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin. It will provide unmatched educational, peer to peer networking, and business opportunities to over 300 event planners, producers, suppliers, and sponsors who will be in attendance.
